"I ended up having to exchange it for..."
I ended up having to exchange it for a bigger size, but the dress itself was really cute. The fit just ran smaller than I expected, so I’d probably size up if you’re between sizes.

"I really like the feel of the fabric"
To me, the material feels really soft and definitely doesn’t come across as cheap. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it feels

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
I had to wait days for customer service to reply, and even then I ended up messaging a second time before anyone got back to me. They did eventually answer, so it wasn’t a total lost cause, but the whole thing felt slow and frustrating. I’m also tired of feeling like I’m talking to some automated system instead of an actual person when I just need help.

My order showed up late, which was already frustrating, but dealing with support made it worse. They barely replied to my emails, and when they did, it felt like they were trying to make the delay seem like my fault somehow. Just not worth the hassle

I ordered a dress from Miss Circle and was happy with it, especially for what I paid. The fabric felt thicker than I expected, and it didn’t have that cheap or see-through feel.
The sizing was decent too, but I’d definitely check the size chart before ordering. It fit me nicely and looked close to the photos, and there was just something about it that made it feel a little more dressed up than I expected.
Overall, I think it was worth the price. I’d probably order from them again if I needed another going-out dress...

I ordered from misscircle.com the delivery was solid. My package showed up right when they said it would, and the tracking updated without any weird issues. I was a little excited to get it, so I do wish it had been dispatched a bit faster, but overall everything went smoothly and I didn’t really have any problems.

"Tracking never updated and my package is still missing"
I ordered this a while ago and the tracking still hasn’t updated at all. It basically tells me nothing, and I still don’t have my package. It really feels like my order was handled carelessly and nobody bothered to make sure it was actually moving.

I don’t usually trust all the polished product descriptions companies put out, but this dress was genuinely better than I expected. The fabric feels nice, and the stitching looks clean and neat. Happy with it.
